Bikes: Too many....

Quick Release ID?

I got this unusual looking Q/R mechanism on a wheel I recently acquired. Does anyone know what brand/model this is? The end caps appear to be anodized aluminum or titanium, they're pretty light.

Thanks,

Andy

Bikes: Indeed!

Looks like "American Classic" to me.
