Help Me Identify This Schwinn

is this worth getting for $25? I was going to fix it up for some slow group rides of between 11-14mph but if it's too crappy I won't bother. What is it?

Not a Schwinn. It's a bike boom bike from the '70's (Huffy or Murray)- almost not worth the effort to take it to the recycling center.

Thanks. Obviously the seller doesn't know much about the bike if he can't get the company right. I'm guessing he is "old retired guy who is cleaning out the garage and watches American Pickers."
