Weros?

Hello, I am fixing up a WEROS a friend has and have searched the past post here which have been helpful. I am wondering is there a way to tell what the frame is built with. There are not any frame decals or markings on the fork or bottom bracket? It has older Shimano 600 including cool looking Shimano large flange hubs.
Thank You for the help. Oh now that I am at 10 post I can now post pictures. I will also put some in my album.
Thanks and have a great day.
