touch up/ refinishing Carbon frames

The bike exchange gets lots of vintage frames donated to it, most are Steel, some are aluminum, and occasionally we get carbon. I brought home a Specialized Allez Epic that has carbon main tubes and an aluminum fork and It has some scuffs and scratches on the frame. I am looking for advise as to what I can do about the scratches. I typically use Rustoleum Automotive clear enamel on steel frames but am not sure if it would work on the carbon which I assume has a gelcoat finish.

Any knowledgeable suggestions gratefully accepted.
