Can someone help me identify a bike from the 1970’s

serial number AS11239

The subject bicycle is a 1981 Bianchi Special, contract manufactured in Japan, during January. There are some obvious replacements, such as the brake levers and handlebar stem.

What model?

​​I just bought this reconditioned bike. The owner says that the frame is a Bianchi, but doesn’t have any proof.

Please help me identify the frame model.

It appears to have track ends but I can't recall seeing a Binchi Pista frameset quite like this, You may want to start a new thread to attract more members. Photo assist...
