Bianchi frame model

Dear guys,

I just bought this reconditioned bike.

The owner says that the frame is a Bianchi, but he doesn’t have any proof.

Please help me identify the frame model.

Find attached these pictures.

Thanks a lot!

It appears to have track ends but doesn't look like any Bianchi Pista frameset that I've seen, Photo assist...

I'd lay odds it is more likely made by State or an even lesser quality maker. Not a Bianchi.

I found these characters on the bottom of the frame: it’s written a 923 and I think a HT. I can’t attach photos yet, hope it helps.

Thanks a lot!

Unlikely to be a Bianchi, or vintage.

Hi Friends. I bought a frameset on a flea market. Is not in good shape but a friend on mine told me that maybe it's a Bianchi or Benotto. I just have the S/N 38177. Please help.
