Here it is. I've had this a few years. Immediately when I saw this bike it was mine. Roughly original, this Competition had a time period wheel swap. Araya 27" convex rims had been changed to Araya 700 convex, as pointed out by Tmar. Originally set the diacomp G brakes had no issues with the swap.
Here is how it was right off the fence March 2019

The saddle was very high for me, to high for the post also, that was the first change. I kept the bars as they were with the brake levers far on the curve, exposing a slightly humped spot leading to the levers. I liked it, I felt it was a different comforting to me reagular cockpit.

My favored country below.

The first change was in favor pulling the Diacomp G with new brake calipers. I tried many starting with Campy Monoplaner, the Dura Ace 7700, Shimano 600 dual pivot, and Had to settle for whatever was the best reach. It turns out that Dura Ace 7402 has more reach than any of the above.

I ended up pulling the center pivot bolt from a tektro 536 to convert the 7402 to nut mount

Of course in the process I ripped the 7402 apart and the tiny pivot bearings got well, spread about. After an exhaustive search all were found.
