has anybody ever seen this bike brand? Looks like flatbars on a roadbike. Sram derailleurs Just can,t google up anything

That is rather a fitness or hybrid bike, or depending on your tire selection a light MTB but sure, these thin tubes are mostly seen on clasic roadies these days, not to mention that stem. Google shows them popping up mostly in Japan and Thailand. Below is the "suspension" model from a Japanese site. Note that beside the beefy-looking top and downtubes the rest are the same straw-thin tubes like on the one on yours. These were most likely designed for everyday city usage.
