AVA bars identification

These bars have a different shape of the road bike bars I have around.
Are them specific for other use?

absence of "corners" suggests a track application although track bends usually exhibit a deeper drop

drops narrower than tops is somewhat unusual

wonder if they are without post-manufacture deformation...

I took a picture with a "regular handlebar".
When they start dropping they are narrow comparing with the regular and spread to outside, so at the end they are wider than regular bars.

trails are typically straight in the front-to-back dimension

those of subject bar appear to widen as the end is approached

I'm wondering if those bars have some drupe at the middle and were pulled out on the sides to compensate

The bend looks even on both sides, which suggests they were made that way. What were they on?

They look like they are meant for track racing. There was a set at the Co-Op that came off of a Schwinn singlespeed conversion. We would always joke about how narrow they were. I ended up giving the bars away.
