I can't tell you what it is with any certainty. But I CAN tell you that it ISN'T a Colnago fork.

I agree Colnago forks have never been tig welded but were only available as precisa or/and carbon forks

Look where the weld was started on the leg in the first picture and look no further. Chinese.
