Help Identifying a Cilo

Any help identifying this Cilo is greatly appreciated. It has a mix of parts parts from shimano dura ace shifters, 600 head set and 105 rear derailleur and cranks and even a suntour front derailleur. I'm thinking this may have been equipted with a full Dura Ace group set as it has a Dura Ace equipped decal on the seat tube. Any idea of model and m

odel year? All other info is appreciated.
