Ghisallo - A model identification

Thank Admin for permission to post this.
I have a Ghisallo frame which was manufactured and equipped with Japanese materials/accessories as follows. No pictures are uploaded here but available in my album.
- Tange 1 Tubing as seen on the seat tube stamp
- Tange TR engraved on the front fork end
- Shimano EF engraved on the rear fork drop out
- Sugino seat post screw
The BB is an English one (BSC) with the engraved number M3B00349.
I hope you could help to share more information about this frame/bike model.

If it uses Tange Tubing then it must be made in Japan or be a japanese market domestic model.

juvela it doesn't seem like an Italian Ghisallo bike, does it?
I don't know this name so any information about it is highly appreciated.

Ghisallo. Hmm. Small builder...I assume.

Enik, the German make, had a few models made of Tange as well.

Madonna del Ghisallo is a hill in Magreglio, close to Lake Como in Italy. It is named after an alleged Marian apparition.

the cycling church.
cyclists often purchase a token to attach to their bicycle to help protect them
