Decal Decision - Scapin

I'm faced with a decision on decal replacement for a Scapin that I bought here on the C&V Sales board about a year ago, maybe longer. The decals on the downtube were in rough shape from the moment I received the bike, but the headtubeand seat tube decals have aged pretty well considering their age. They all have aged significantly since the 80's, just as most of us have. As you can see, the decals have yellowed.

I'm torn between replacing all of the decals, none of the decals, or just the two on the downtube... Any advice? Bonus points for bar tape color suggestions... Help?!?!?

I ordered a set of these from the Netherlands, but they are going to be fresh and white.

Those original appear like vinyl self adhesive stickers.
exchange the downtube in white or off white if available, then decide on seat tube.
Take some reference images, and measures, when the existing are off… “ now where were those exactly placed?…”

I prefer graphics to decals-
to me, decals are water slide “decals” or decalcomania (rarely used term) those who built plastic kits in the 60’s- 70’s termed them decals.

sometimes confused with varnish fixed transfers. ( if one buys an old set of those to use.. make sure the backing paper is intact )
if one wants them for design reference - much more leeway.
