"Vitorio di Monti" Frame?
Hi Everyone,
Checking online ads, came across this Bike with "Vitorio Di Monti" writen on the frame (pictures on my gallery).
Does anyone have information on the manufacturer, or the quality of the frame itself?
Thanks in advance

Pic assist:
good news: it's clean and presentable.
Bad news: nothing special with the 5-speed rear, stamped DOs and claw RD this is a bike-boom number from SOMEwhere in EU (you'd think Italy, but ...maybe not) and likely gaspipe

certainly appears bottom ender Italian-esque
an Iberian origin is also a possibility, appears the caliber of some products from a firm such as Rabasa
photos are such that it is not possible to read names on any of the components
one possibility might be that the transfer set is one of those generics for a non-existent marque
also could be a cycle produced right there in CL
