What to do with this frame

Here a frame i obtained long time ago (basically i was restoring but the overall cost of every part is more than the value of the bike itself, since i stopped the project is standing by).
The bike is basically a vintage frame for rod-brake type.
I also have some parts on my garage, plus some dropouts from a bianchi rekord 1975.

The ideas were the following:
  • Trow some parts and make a sport bike , something between a bianchi super turismo and a condorino but with a more stilysh handlebar for example a mustache handlebar so i can suit a roadbike levers or a citybike handlebar upside down for example take a look at this image https://i.ibb.co/KsLYY78/Screenshot-...ble-Bike-d.png.
  • Removing all the brake mounting parts (probably brass-brazed) and make a vintage style trackbike... but i have no idea regarding the wheels and the crankset.

Do you have any better idea? Ofc for both ideas a fresh paintjob is implied.
last choice will be a fresh paint job and then sell it

here the bike

That's a pretty cool frame.
I'd remove the fewest bits possible (rod brake attachment points) and build it up as a single speed city bike.
Since it wouldn't be a restoration, the only restraints are your imagination and your pocket book.

I would build it up with an internally geared hub, possibly with a coaster brake. I would put regular cable-pulled handbrakes on it and either just leave the rod brake attachments or remove them.

have no guesses there

if that be where your researches have led then have no argument

my recollection of the Mondial marque from past inquiry is that it is somewhat confusing

as recalled, there is also the Mondiale marque

have a local cycling friend with one; her machine is constructed with the Agrati "BRIANZA" pattern lug ensemble, yellow w/blue trim, looks to date from mid-1960's

best wishes with this project - what ever direction you select to travel with it
