Bikes: Bikes??? Thought this was social media?!?
'Project' status (for me) always depends on the size of the collection. When I had 20 roadies that were road ready with just a tire pump, many still had scheduled upgrades. Down to a dozen roadies, the percentage of 'completed' bikes has increased, the projects are fewer, but I can't stop thinking about future projects, or that classis vintage 60cm frameset that will surely find me.
Roll On! Project On!
And kudos to you folks who build 'em to give away. Generosity is a gift of humanity.
edit: Sometimes, as often as not, my projects are not just 'getting the bike to go & fit' - but more about exploring some limits, like:
How narrow can the bars go? 33cm at the hoods?

53 - 20 = 33. Wider in the drops. Winter trainer experiment before going active on the road.
or, what shape slot feels good supporting my parts
(see the flare on Soma's narrow bars?)
