Can somebody identify this fork crown?

Hi community! I recently picked up a Sannino frame my size in very good condition. It has internal top tube cable routing, double water bottle bosses, and FD braze one and SLX tubing, so I am guessing the frame was made around early 90s. I say all that for context because I'd like to identify the fork crown. I've never seen these lugs before. Can anybody help identify these asymmetric long point lugs?
