DiC 7 quill stem.

Ive got a "DiC 7: quill stem. its embossed in the stem much like Nitto quill stems.

Who makes this? I had it on a late 70s Fuji S-10s. It looks quite nice. Im thinking its Nitto but im not sure. Ive never seen one before. The bars are Nitto / Fuji branded.

Neat stem.

Does it look like this? Probably Nitto, the number may refer to the length. 7 = 70mm

Yep....thats it but with a 7. I Must be 70mm because that is the length...... and yours above a 90mm? That looks a bit longer than 90 however.
