Bikes: they change so much I'm tired of updating this

Turned out pretty decent, needs a Brooks, tan brake hoods and new tires. Rides really smooth.

The only Paramount I have ridden was a 1973 P 13 . A friend bought it and needed it put together. I told him I would do it for him if I got to keep it for the weekend so I could ride it after I built it up. It felt light and nimble quick but not unstable . They earn their following . I hope you get many happy miles on your Paramount.
