Stronglight bottom bracket bearing replacement

I recently acquired an nice T.S. Issac frame and fork from a shop that has parted out the Campy bits from the bike to be sold separately. This bike is circa 1980. I was happy to have the Stronglight bottom bracket with a titanium spindle along with the frame. It has two sealed bearings that are held in place with a drive side and non-drive side cup that acts as a retainer for the sealed SKF bearings. I have searched the internet for a pair of these bearings which are a 61903 RS1 which is the SKF number. Everything that turns up is a millimeter narrower that the ones in this bottom bracket, namely 17x30x7mm. My bearings are 8mm wide. I am inclined to try to maintain the original bearing quality of the original if I possibly can. The original SKF bearings have "France" embossed on the seals. I would be happy with a pair made in Japan. Not interested in Chinese knockoffs based on prior experience. I would appreciate any suggestions to find the replacements. I am wondering if having a 7mm instead of 8 is that important. I could let the non-drive side cup thread inside the shell a couple extra millimeters maybe? Thanks

If you really can't find the exact bearings, maybe you can have 1mm thick shim washers you can drop between the 7mm wide sealed bearings and the cups?, machined for you?
