These are marked only Racer.
Are they Mafac made or not?
Also any idea the years they were made?

Not Mafac. Ballilo? (My spelling uncertain. I saw that brand a couple times in the 1970s.)

CLB

CLB aluminium parts of all varieties seem to have a certain quality to their castings; something to do with rounding and fillets and draft angles.

Makes me think they only used one patternmaker.

They do look a lot like CLB, but there were CLB knockoffs, as hard as that is to believe.

So, CLB, model "RC 1-2-3-4-5". Weird name.

Ballila, saw those mostly on *50ies and '60ies bikes. They had a centerpull but that has a center plate that is flat on the rear.
