Campagnolo Record HS7-RE headset stack height

I found different information regarding the Campagnolo Record HS7-RE headset stack heigh on internet. 36.5 or 38.5

If any of you guys have the real deal in your hands/on your bike, could you help me figure out what is the real measurement please?

Thanks

Bikes: Dinucci Allez 2.0, Richard Sachs, Alex Singer, Serotta, Masi GC, Raleigh Pro Mk.1, Hetchins, etc

the attached pic does not show a washer under the top nut. that could account for the 2mm "discrepancy"

The only way to really know is to do a test installation on your bike. Like rim ERD, don't blindly follow the measurements you see on a website

your mileage may vary

The washer sits in a recess. It's barely visible.

Bikes: Several Gazelle Team steel bikes

Are these avaliable in a Chorus version as wel? I am still looking for a lower stack height headset for a project but it has to be Chorus but no type markings on the cups is fine as well.
