Mercier bike identification
The bike has a Special Luxxtub sticker on the seat tube.
Stronglight crank set;
Huret Jubile derailleurs and shifters;
Mafac Racer brakes;
Mavic Montlery wheels with Maillard Professional hubs and glued tires;
Simplex dropouts;
The stem is marked Competition.
Serial number on the headbadge is: 126819.
Any idea of the model and year of production?

The bike has been much modified. Fork is a replacement, and I suspect wheels and derailleurs also are not original. Might have started out as a 200 model, which used the same tubing as the 100 but had somewhat better components.
i think it is mid 60s.
