Bikes: a few- I like them

Help ID this frame-??

money shot-

picked this frame up a while ago... built it up and its bothering me- of course- what frame is it?
it was red when i got it. cant tell you if fork is original.
the wrap around seat noodle points me to a univega hybrid type thing to early 90's...
ample tire clearance on rear- maybe up to 42 tires
126-8 mm rear spacing...
tourer? without original fork?
longish top tube

found some more pics. hard to make out serial #~will have to take a closer look

From: Mid-Atlantic

Bikes: 1956 Rudge; 1981 Miyata; 1994 Breezer; 1987 Raleigh Mtn Trials; 1952 R.O. Harrison; 1994 Concorde; 1949 Rotrax; 1964 A.S. Gillott; Early 60s Frejus; ~1979 RRB track; Unknown Interwar track

Consult the Asian Serial Number thread in the C&V stickies. Looks to me a bit like a Specialized hybrid.
