Help to identify this Roadster Frame:

I would like to know who made this: Probably English - 32/40 wheels. Not sure if the chain set is original. No head badge or evidence of one being fitted. Bulge in the non-drive-side bottom bracket shell. Flat seat stay bridge. No flats on headset.

The lamp bracket might give an indication. Unfortunately I don’t know them all. The roller lever configuration might also be a clue. The bridge indicates a squarish fender shape.

Bikes: Current 79 Nishiki Custum Sport, Jeunet 620, notable previous bikes P.K. Ripper loop tail, Kawahara Laser Lite, Paramount Track full chrome, Raliegh Internatioanl, Motobecan Super Mirage. 59 Crown royak 3 speed

A pic of the whole bike would be helpful. As for ID maybe early 30's Elgin. You might try checking over on the The Cabe for an ID https://thecabe.com/forum/.

Interestingly the brakes are the other way around to the norm in England - front is on the left. The bicycle is not in my possession.
