Need Help Identifying a Nitto Rack

Came across this and have had no luck identifying the model or the missing struts etc. Any help is appreciated.

Closing the loop—

The rack is a Nitto/Rivendell PlatRack. Designed to mount onto an existing Rivendell small front rack to provide a large, supported platform.
