Help identify bicycle

Can anyone help me identify this bicycle? Has Pantera italy badge (that looks like an OEM) but also a label with Koflach details.

Bikes: Waterford Paramount Touring, Raleigh Sports 3-speeds in M23 & L23, Schwinn Cimarron oddball build, Marin Palisades Trail dropbar conversion, Nishiki Cresta GT, Jeunet mixte

Welcome! Don't recognize it but I like the combination of rod brakes and cotterless cranks.

kind of sending mixed messages since the headbadge (sticker) clearly says "Italy" yet the large decal on the seat tube sure refs Germany, plus the crossed hammers (no sickle) kind of suggests the GDR (AKA East Germany) but looks might be deceiving here...

I did a little research, found a company under name Junior in Koflach that had similar brand logo design (instead of the hammers in my bike it used lion)...quite complicated...

So if the head badge was truthful frame may have been built in Italy for an Austrian Brand. Neither of which I have info about, but def Koflach, Austria is the clue to follow
