Bikes: Cuevas & Cimmaron are my full time riders, small MB-3 and large Competition GS are my sometimers

If they are bent, it is slight. If the price is right, I would inspect in person.

It looks good to me. Where are the brake levers. Does this have interpret levers only? Ask them if they have the original brake levers.

It also has Biopace chainrings. Some are ok with them, some cyclist don't like them. They also when through some tweaks in their production life to make the pedal stroke smoother. You may want to budget for new chainrings. But of course ride it first and decide for yourself.

Let is know if you get it. And fill in the details with more pictures.

They appear to have been replaced with interrupter levers. Which leads me to speculate there were braking comfort issues, which further makes me speculate he may have not stopped in time and slightly bent the fork. But that's just pure out and out speculation, never having communicated with the seller.

Of course I don't actually *need* another bike...
