Seems it's a fork alignment guage.

Question is, who made it? Been told it may repeat may have been made by Artisan Tool and Die but never seen their stuff before.

Any guesses??

I had showed it to a local frame builder before I posted it on here. He thought maybe a one-off but decided he needed it more than me. I do collect tools but figured this one would use it so he's grabbed it. Sorry
