That looks good capnjonny . How did you put the strips on? Were they hand painted? I like these handlebars rather than the more popular wraparound cruiser bars. The black components and rims go well with the paint on the frame. I like the white tip on the fork and it looks like there is bit of white under the top tube by the bottom bracket.
We have a Beach Cruiser section here on BikeForums. It doesn't see a lot of action and that is too bad. It would fit there, however, then it wouldn't get as many looks. Edit: I see it is there as well with more info.
How do you like the "Foot Forward" riding experience. I haven't tried it. I had an Electra cantilever frame that was similar to a Schwinn Typhoon, but lighter. I liked the Electra better, but kept the Schwinn and sold the Electra. It seems since Trek bought Electra they got rid of everything but the foot forward bikes.
