sugino and suntour drivetrain (BB?), but campy headset, brakes, shifters and prolly seatpost (could be a good knockoff, like a saavedra...) bar/stem & wheels, who knows...
but at 2 Cs, how wrong can you go? I'm looking at posts of guys knockin themselves out on UO8s here, this has gotta be at least worth that effort? yes/no?

hardest part would be gettin the right paint and decals iff'n itz gonna go 'authentic'

IMO, there is far to much effort effort and money required to restore this bicycle. There are no original parts and he's added braze-ons, which would have to be removed. The Legnano transparent green is one of the most difficult finishes to duplicate, the decals have intricate designs and there's lots of pin striping. Having a Legnano frame professionally refinished costs about $1000 US. And then there are those Campagnolo (Nuovo) Record parts.
