The old drunk down the way has been riding a kid-size BMX around the 'hood for as long as I can remember. Now he's traded up to a Petersen.

Anyhow, I'm suspicious. So here's the deal: if you've recently found yourself short one expensive custom Petersen bike, drop me a line and tell me how it's built out; I'll tell you where it's living now, secured only by a flimsy dollar-store cable. Whatever happens after that is your own business.
