PX10 on eBay

There's enough parts for a good start and the price isn't bad.

It's refreshing to see an eBay "PX-10?" listing which really IS a PX-10!

Bikes: 1972 Peugeot UO-8, Strawberry conversion

This is actually the second, there was a blue one that ended not too long ago.

I was considering it, but waited too long

I want a black one. Maybe I'll have my white one painted black some day.

Bikes: Custom Zona c/f tandem + Scott Plasma single

Had a white one and painted it black with gold outlines on lugs back in mid-70s.

He masked off the decals and sprayed a white one black. No thanks!

True. But if you paint yours, isn't your option to either do the same or else do it right? You would have been at the same point had you bought the eBuy frame. That is stripping the frame to do it right. Plus you would have your white one still. I might have sprung for it if it were my size. But then I am a packrat.

I don't need two of them. To be honest, I like riding the PX10 the least of all of my bikes. It has never felt quite right. I'm holding on to it for purely sentimental reasons. I bought it new and we've been through a lot together.
