AVA Handlebars

I've collecting bits and pieces for a 50's-60's upright touring bicycle, all French. Now I'm looking for AVA handlebars, windswept-style. Did they make them?

I don't know what windswept style is, but did you know that mountain bars fit French road stems without a shim? I had SR Northroad bars and a Phillipe stem on my Peugeot for years.
