Ever heard of it? Picked it up today. It has huret derailleurs Weinmann centre pull brakes and levers, rims are made in Germany Sehurmann, Wing nuts front and back.no ser# No# 73 on the down tube guessing thats the year. No crank or bb also has Type Normandy on the forks and cross bar. Steerer is BF. Id post pics but my camera is on the blits.

I've seen components from the '70's with a similar name, but never a BIKE by that name.

Luxembourg based brand, imported during the boom by S/M Multicorp of Albuquerque (what are the odds of using Luxembourg and Albuqueque in the same sentence?). All the ones I've seen were entry level, similar to what you describe, though some later models did have Shimano derailleurs. At least it has the Weinmann brales and not the Altenburger that some came though with. I don't know that the 73 is a date code, but the components would certainly put it in that time frame.
