Just found a Bertin
I found a Bertin in a nearby shop and it is fully equipped with Shimano 105, the frame is Vitus, hubs Shimano, crankset Shimano Biopace, downtube indexed shifters, Philipe Tour de France handlebar and Look pedals. The rear dropouts have an inscription of the make (I suppose), but I am not able to identify because of the thickness of the paint and the marks of the skewer. although, in the rear left dropout there are the numbers 53 and 3.
Please guys is there anyone that can identify and date me Bertin bicycle?

Now the owner is asking $150 for the bicycle, is it a good price?

it's worth it yes, if you can't overhail it yourself that changes things, now that I have invested in some tool I can overhaul bikes I buy, People sell them cheep because they know they need work. Often they just need grease, a good clean and tuning. if you have to drop another 100 on it it begins to not be such a great deal.
