Goricke- Help???

I found this 24'' Goricke at a flea market but I can't find any info on it, or the company in general.
I mean, I know it's German, and I know it's old, but that's about as far as I can get.

I'd really like to know how old it is, and whether or not it's rare/valuable.
If you can help, it'd be sweet.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

3/4/2006 8:11:46 PM PICT00050.JPG This is a Goricke and appears to be a 100th anniversary model. Goricke was probably in business as a company before producing bicycles and motorcycles. The bike has decals indicating "Seit 1874" (since 1874) and "Uber 100 Jahre" (???? 100 Years). The wiring for the lights is actually fed through the frame. Photos taken by owner, Larry Tesch jamal2kt@msn.com

This is as much information as I could fing on this manufacturer. They appear to be a lower midrange german bike around equivalent quality to Schwinn. Here's one of the pics from the database
