Identify Danish? Dutch? Swedish? 10-speed

Someone gave me a junk bike, hardly worth fixing, but I can't read the headbadge. It seems to start "Costet..." in script over an outline of an oncoming cyclist. Very classy.
The bike has two chainwheel which differ in size by 2 or 3 teeth - I've never seen anything like it. Campy Gran Sport derailers and Ballila sidepull brakes.
The bike has sat in the rain for 30 years and is junk, but I'm still curious.
