Just took my bike, a Ital Vega Super Speciale, out of the atic last week. Cleaned it up - still beautiful.
All Campy. I used to race and ride back in the late 70's and it still has sew up rims (Fiamme Ergal).
I want to put clenchers on it but cannot find old style low profile clinchers. Bought some Mavic rims
but they just don't fit the esthetics of the bike.
Does anyone know where I could find some Fiamme or Super Champions that are clinchers from that
era?
Love to find some. The Mavics just don't cut it on this bike, but they are beautiful in their own right.
