Serial number is NC4799573. Other puegeots I've seen have plates on the bottom of the bb, this one is stamped. Also wondering what the NC is all about.

I think we are getting warm here. My suspicion is that this is a PX-10 or one of its variations, and when the bike was repainted someone spent some time smoothing the lugs and maybe even the rear dropouts?

From what I can tell they are definately plain nervex lugs.


Good call on the removing the fork to look for signs of head badge. I'll do that when I get a chance.
