Schwinn Traveler
Hi, I am from Singapore. Recently, I bought an old Schwinn Traveler frame for $15/-.
On one of the sticker, it says made in Japan. as well there is a japan word on the head badge.
The date code was found the dropout. (5A07022). I have check a couple of date code sites. None starts with a number??? Any care to explain?
p/s: I am not sure how many people has the same illness as me. When I see bikes like these......it brightens me up.....though it may be a piece of junk to most. I guess this is more affordable hobby for poor man......junk bikes.
Shortly, I will post some junk collection of my.

this bike should be around 16yr old ...totally abused. Bought it from an 2nd hand bike shop......
was really surprise by the condition of the Sugino BB when I remove it.
In the background is the close up condition of the bike.

Singlespeed,
What model is your Bridgestone? The frame looks similar to mine.
Here's a picture of mu wife's XO-5. Partialy lugged cro-moly frame with canti brakes. I picked it up at a garage sale for $10.

Judging from how nice my lower end XO-5 is, singlespeed has a great restoration project to tackle.
