Looks like a good cleanup and paint job to me as well! I don't see anything that isn't cosmetic.

I know Corky and I am familiar with his work. I can't open the pictures but I can take a stab at answering any specific questions that you might have.

Generally speaking his earlier bikes used Nervex lugs and later they were Prugnat. There were two different decal designs, the latter featuring a sea horse kind-of creature on the head tube and seat tube. Most of his bikes were 531 but when he cleaned out his shop is saw a case of Accles & Pollack tubes. I suspect that he may have gotten those from Dick Power.

Looking at these pics again I am lusting after this frame and prematurely planning components (most of which I have). Looking at the photos I think the lower parts of the headset are Campy because of the thick crown race, which is good as I think I have some bits and pieces for the top...
