bonaventure??
anyone ever heard of this kind of bike? i pulled it from the trash and am rebuilding for a fix gear for the girlie.. has some weird cranks with screws through em too.. any ideas on how to pull those cranks? any info would be greatly appreciated!

Guessing it's a french bike ("Bonadventure" is a french word meaning "Farewell" or "Godspeed.") and I'm guessing it has cottered cranks:

Take the cotter pin out (if you want to re-use them, mind the thread, but new cotter pins are always nice) and the crank should rotate around the spindle easily enough. Rotate it outwards.
