Info on a Jaguar bicycle, not Schwinn Jaguar

About 20 years ago, I picked up a Jaguar bicycle 10speed from my neighbor. It had Huret down tube shifters, Huret front/rear derailleurs. The hubs are Normandy and the saddle is Ranger (made in W. Germany). I have no info on the cranks. Does anybody know anything about this type of bicycle? I am trying to rebuild it.
Thanks,
Attilio

I also found out that the rims are made by Schurmann (made in Germany) and the rear cassette is made by Atom Bte BGDG (made in France). Also added some pictures for reference.
