clean up
I've cleaned up some of the stuck threads which were
getting a bit out of hand sizewise.
I have moved the last 3 pages of posts frome each of these
threads into a same named thread with a part II in the title.
I also unstuck the original threads so they will fall away eventually
(and they are closed). If there are posts that need to be in the
new active thread send me a PM and I'll move them.
