Aero brake levers

How are AERO levers attached? I have a set on a drop bar and want to take them off. I know I could just start unwrapping the tape and see what happens. Any advise would help a lot! thanks Frank

Mine are the same as the non-aeros I have seen. Squeeze the brake, and look in the gap that opens... There will be a handy space for an allen wrench to loosen the clamp.

Sometimes there is a slot in the lever that accesses the screw for the lever. In that case, it usually is an allen.
