I see nothing in the pic to suggest that it is. Am I wrong?

Bikes: Mostly English - predominantly Raleighs

Very difficult to tell for sure from that picture. Sugino cranksets look a lot like that one too.

Second that, and an early one too, with a lip on the pedal end. I can just make out the Campy logo.

I think i can faintly see a logo too. There's also the teeth-size indicator on the chainring which looks Campy to me.
