need help identifying crank and frame set

any info would be greatly helpful
i just recently purchased this frame and im very excited about this new undertaking of mine... but havent yet found anyone who can seem to identify any of it...

im only posting a picture of the ornate lug work just because im pretty sure it will be the easiest thing to determine the frame by... however i can get more pictures if someone thinks it will help...

as for the crankset... surely you can see the need to know more about it already... 3 chainring bolts... and about 8 teeth less then im looking to run...

thanks!

anyone have any ideas on the three bolt crankset? even just a place to look for a bigger chainring that would fit would be awsome
