Bikes: have about 30 bikes right now

wilson vintage? good bad

not sure if this is the right forum because I dont know how old the bike is. I just picked up a wilson pro 100. I assume it is from the same wilson company that makes all the other sporting goods stuff. Does anybody have any general info about the quality of their bikes or the years thay were making them. It has ok shimano parts nothing special and is painted black and yellow.

Another barn bike?

I don't know anything about the bike, but if I had my own barn, I would be following you around to stock up my own barn!

With your location, and the number of bikes you seem to run across, you may want to consider a business...

"Ride a barn bike through Amish country" and rent reconditioned vintage bikes that you are able to pull out of people's barns...

I know for next year's Covered Bridge ride, if I decide to do a short route, it will be on the Corvette I got from you. I don't know that I would want to do a Metric Century on it, unless I was with others with old single and three speeds and make a leisurely ride of it, not worrying about pace... pushing up hills and just meandering through Amish country.

bike rental that is a good idea. I could get my sale price for the bike 5 times a day. the wilson was scrap metal $.06 a pound for 22 pounds. also got a fila mountian bike and a set of aluminum road rims at the same price

Wow, I like that... If you run across a Reynolds 531 frame, it will actually be cheaper than a gas pipe built bike!
