And the Thomas diarama in the girls room!

I could go on....
you should see my wrenches, many have become "scratch paper".
I hit every "nail" with my "paint hammer"!

looks very nice, but that seems REALLY steep for a paintjob. I am working on a pretty complex repaint right now which will include pearls, lug outlines, and hand painted lettering and its only coming out to about 350.

Did you do the Bianchi like that on both sides of the downtube?
Is there a "B" on the headtube?
How was it done? Paint brush or airbrush/friskets?
Is it all cleared over?
Sanded & recleared?
Your friend has a great style.
Wish I'd known him when I did MY Bianchi! (my 1st Italian road bike)

thats not my bianchi, thats what he did for a mutual friend. mine is still in progress. with the bianchi, it is done like that on both sides of the tube with a paintbrush, clear coat over top (i believe). i dont know if chris is keen on doing a lot of bike painting (its more a hobby than a business), but i believe he has his contact information on that website i linked if you want to talk to him. ed litton is doing the pearl paint.

But it's at least $10 an hour doing what I love to do.
And I'm pretty sure the WHOLE bike will be an "advertising" exspence!
The bike is a brand new Trek of some sort.
I'll post better pics soon, once the fork is installed.
And more description on what I did for that $1K

He's got the only justification he needs though, for doing it: Because he can!
